USS Brough, DE-148 Plan of the Day for Monday June 10, 1963. [front page text] Reading the plan gives one insight to a typical navy day on board a DE. Brough went to sea for the day most likely for ASW training since the POD mentions underway at 0810 hrs and returning at 1630 hrs with the commencement of Liberty Call. Moored at Key West - naval annex Item #4 mentions a health warning for scuba divers, along with mention about promotions to E3 That's why this POD was saved, as I would be advance to RDSN on June 16.
