In 1959 I was on another ship ( USS Beale DDE-471) and the Desron 28 ships were visiting Halifax, Nova Scotia.

About 5 of us went to a Bar and were sitting around having a few beers. There were several other groups of Canadian and English sailors there also. The Juke Box was playing and I walked over to play one of my favorites, The Battle of New Orleans

Well, after a few minutes, it started to play and the English sailors thought that a Canadian sailor played it. They began arguing and within seconds a brawl started. We hurriedly exited the premises as Police came running in, before anyone realized that one of us "Yanks" had played the music.
